This is my favorite poem, so I decided to give it its own book. I think it most clearly articulates almost any and all the thoughts I’ve had run through my head surrounding porn – in a nutshell. And I think it’s the best piece to introduce this volume.

Remove those rose colored glasses. Life is frustrating, empowering, loving and dark. If we explore the darkness, it can remind us just how beautiful it can be to exist in the light.
